We're an integrated practice of architects and engineers. Where most projects split the building, its interiors and its coordination across separate firms, TAK keeps them together, so the model, the details and the documentation agree long before anything is built.
Two disciplines, one team
Architecture & Design (this division) covers architecture, interior design and BIM consulting. AV & Technology designs and documents the audiovisual, security and lighting-control systems that go inside. A client can take one discipline or both; when it's both, it's the same studio coordinating them end to end, with a single point of contact.
The architecture division
We design buildings and interiors and build the coordinated models a project runs on, for commercial and residential work across the UK, the Gulf and beyond. From concept and massing through developed design to construction documentation, with BIM consulting, scan-to-BIM and clash detection underpinning it, delivered as drawings a contractor can price and build.
How we work
Plainly, and by evidence rather than adjectives. We start from the site and the brief, develop the design in three dimensions, keep the model coordinated as it grows, and stay with the project through construction, so what gets built is what was drawn. Warm, precise, and accountable from the first sketch to handover.
