Scan to BIM Conversion for 10+ SAMA Saudi Central Bank Branches
In a strategic move aligned with Saudi Vision 2030’s digital transformation goals, we successfully executed a high-precision Point Cloud to BIM conversion for over 10 branches of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). This project utilized advanced 3D laser scanning technology to capture millimeter-accurate as-built conditions of these critical financial facilities. By transforming raw point cloud data into intelligent LOD 350-400 BIM models, we provided SAMA’s facility management teams with a comprehensive Digital Twin ecosystem. This transition from traditional CAD to Building Information Modeling (BIM) empowers the bank to optimize asset maintenance, streamline future renovations, and enhance security planning through accurate spatial data. Our specialized Scan to BIM workflow ensured that complex MEP systems and architectural details were documented with zero error, delivering a robust foundation for smart facility operations across the Kingdom’s banking infrastructure.
